Haha.

  3. Hi Kaykrizz! thank you for this video, I really learned from here! Just to give you a feedback on the OD, It was disappointing because I prepared so much on that day but I wasn't able to enter the hotel. 9am is the start time, I was there at 8:10 but security no longer allows the applicant to enter the hotel. we just formed a line outside, waited under the sun's scorching heat with our make-up on and in business attire then it was announced that we will just literally hand our CVs!! While they are collecting the CVs, IPAMS' representative did not even look at us. Lol. So that's my first ever experience attending an open day. Glad I still got an invitation for the assessment day. :) God bless!

I am glad that you sucked it up and stood there in the line with your full make-up and business attire under the scorching heat!!! Clap clap clap! I salute you guys! and even some of you still made it on the 2nd day even if you did not meet the recruiters, That must have been some killer CV!!
    Good luck!

  6. Hi Kaykrizz, I didn't attend the QA open day due to financial reasons. I'm still paying off debt haha I wonder how much money you should save if you're planning to go from corporate position to FA entry level position? Do all airlines provide you allowance while you attend their training? How much is the medical exam? -E.E

    1. Hi sis. . for Qatar and international airlines, they give you training allowance... for local airlines they also give but much smaller amount. I also am very financially challenged when i applied for this. I use to wear UK for the OD and my old school shoes. then the expenses will be the pictures resume printing, transpo and baon. thats it. If there is a will sis there is a way.. dont let this one thing stop you.. Make it the motivation instead :)

  7. Hi kaykrizz. I really love your site. Been reading everything. I wanna be an FA just like you. :) i went on the OD last Sunday. Arrived around 9am. Almost 4hrs ata akong nakapila. Good thing hindi ako inabutan ng cut-off. Yung inabutan kasi kinuha lng ng ipama ung cv nla outside the hotel. I even measured the 212cm on my wall. Like ang taas talaga. Like 1-2 cm abot ko na siya. Pero ayun. Super nkakasad. They should have the reach test first outside para sana hindi na pumila ng matagal yung iba - AA

  8. Hi miss Kaykrizz. Thank you so much for the tips. I attended Qatar airways Od and made it to the assessment and final interview. I'm just worried cause I declared that I am a single mom. Would that be a problem?

  9. hi kaykrizz. I am a single mom and I wonder if the airline immediately shoots down your application just because I am a single mom alone. I really want to look for a job that can help me give my daughter a good life since she has epilepsy. I wish you safety and good health. thanks.
