Salary Comparison of International Airlines recruiting in the Philippines.

These are the compiled information I have gathered through friends who are currently working or have information about the salaries for these airlines: Oman Air, Qatar Airways, Air Niugini, Saudia, Emirates as CSA and Yemenia Airways.

Oman Air

Friend: Hi sis yes sa hotel pa kami nagsstay.. Basic salary is 500 OMR plus flying.. So mga minimum is Php 80k/month in USD its about $1850 (43php:1usd). layovers? For now sa bangladesh, sri lanka, nepal, tanzania palang. After 1 year europe flights na... God bless! Good luck sis!

Air Niugini

Friend: Kaykrizz!!! Hello ok rako hehe ikaw ? lingaw ra dri may 15 to 20 naa ko brisbane hehe free tanan naa pajud mi 100aud per day waahhh ako pajud bday nah 20. Happy rako buyag2x dri gaan niya taka pasalubong . Kuhaun taka niya dri kat murecruit pa sila puhon. Sa training palang daan di ka mapobre buyag lang jud. Kai training mu naa nka basic pay of 38000 limpyo tax nah na nadayon plus 51000t (2850kina) training allowance. When lupad na muabot mi Php 180thousand in  USD its approx $4000 (43php:1usd)sa 1 month or up depende rana pila ka flyts. Kai
1.Basic pay kai sa pesos less tax kai 38000t niya
2. naa pami 5400t per flyt nga interpreter allowance per flyt nah ha..What if naa ko 10 fights sa usa ka month.
3. Niya naa mi flying hours exceeding s 55hours pa
4. Per diems.

Note: When my friend was hired, she had the senior cabin crew position right away. This shows a senior cabin crew’s salary.

Qatar Airways

Hi I'm a crew of qatar airways. What I make in a month depends on my block hours of flying time. basic salary is 3,600 QAR that's 36,000php, per hour flying time is paid by QAR 40. Meal allowances depend on the country you're flying. It depends on the currency of a country if you're flying shall we say 4-5 European destinations in a mos you'll mostly get 2300 QAR for meal allowances. I prefer flying Europe destinations than flying asia with long haul flying time yet less meal allowances, but of course the con's of flying to europe are you have to spend more than you spend in asia, you're not allowed to bring packed food only water cup noodles and crackers, a bit expensive but there's pleasure in spending and trying out the food from one country to the other.

I had a flying time of 100hrs in a month I was able to get a 10000 QAR that's 100,000 php in USD its about $2235 (43php:1usd).

If you'll get let's say 60-70hrs a mos you'll receive a salary of 60-70k php a mo. in USD its about $1395 - $1627 (43php:1usd) . Hope this one helps.

Note: I also heard from a co-applicant who had worked for QR for 5 years and just resigned to have her baby and just applied back after a year her baby was born. Here are her comments:
 F2 cabin crew: salary ranges from 90k-100k
F1 cabin crew: 100k-150k
CS: 150k up
CSD: 180k up

Saudia 

I just heard from a friend of mine that her friends earn about Php 100k per month, in USD its about $2235 (43php:1usd). of course it varies on the flying hours and her destinations.

Yemenia Airways

One of my housemates was accepted to this airline just before the breakout of chaos is Libya. Sad to say her job offer was cancelled after the government has declared that no one will be allowed to leave the country for Libya or countries near Libya. And that includes Yemen, which is just a wall away from Libya. According to her the job offer for the salary is total of Php 60k – 80k , in USD its about $1395 - $1850 (43php:1usd)this varies with your flying time.

 CSA- Emirates 

I do have workmates who are now working in the Emirates as cabin service assistants. According to them, on the interview they will tell you that what you will earn is Php 33k –all in. However, once my co-worker is abroad she informed us that the salary can reach as high as Php 50k.  in USD its $767 - $1162.
